a national benchmarking program that identifies excellent employers.

The HR Coach Research Institute developed the STAR Workplace Program after years of
research into the factors behind staff-focused, high performing workplaces and the
resulting accreditation is akin to giving outstanding employers the “heart tick” of
approval.

HR Coach facilitated the certification process with QTIC, closely involving QTIC
staff in each step, to reveal an exceptional STAR Workplace result.

QTIC now joins other key Queensland organisations including Surf Lifesaving
Queensland, Bing Technologies and several small business leaders in achieving STAR
Workplace status based on strong employer satisfaction.

Daniel Gschwind, CEO of QTIC, undertook the STAR Workplace Program to boost its
strategy for employee retention and to proactively develop its positive staff
culture. He is proud to be the first peak body in Queensland to complete the program
and be able to fly the STAR flag.

business strategy of our State-wide organisation. I am always on the look out for
innovative initiatives which will improve our productivity and workplace
environment. The quality and originality of the STAR Workplace process and support
